Users may be aware that we have recently released an updated version of the Fox Cloud 2.0 app. This update removed the legacy ‘grid charge’ settings and has consolidated all settings relating to work modes and schedules under one set of options (mode scheduler) – this was to avoid any confusion and the potential for duplication of settings.
If mode scheduler is not available via the app – you will need to upgrade inverter firmware – please reach out via our service channels or your installer to request the upgrade (while some inverter models have in-app upgrades, some older models still require a manual upgrade).
