We’re excited to announce a major update to the Fox Cloud App – customers can now update inverter firmware directly from their phone, without needing to contact Fox Support.
Until now, firmware updates had to be requested through our technical team, which could lead to unavoidable delays during busy periods. This new self-service feature puts control back in the hands of installers and system owners, enabling faster updates, quicker access to new features, and improved system performance.
Now Live for H1-G2 Inverters
Firmware update functionality is available first on H1-G2 inverter models, with support for additional product ranges planned in upcoming releases.
Staged Rollout – What to Expect
To ensure reliability and a smooth experience, this feature is being rolled out in stages. That means it may not appear immediately for every user or system. Access will expand progressively over the coming weeks.
