Hi, just had a new install of PV and battery and just trying to getting to grips with web and mobile app. The battery shows as a device in the mobile app, but not in the web portal. Should it automatically appear or is there a way I can add it? Just to confirm, I'm logging into both with same credentials.

This is normal, that is the way the web portal has been designed it won't show the battery on there.
