So really new to the Fox stuff and this is the first time I've been on the community.
Our EP12 battery is showing as offline in the app and shwoing as offline with a fault on the Fox webpage, for our site.
Is there anything I can do to try to resolve this, like in the IT Crowd - have you tried switching it off and back on again

Could you please send us an email to service.uk@fox-ess.com and ask for Redell in the email and please also be sure to include your inverter serial number.
I will get this resolved as soon as possible for you.
