Since the last update I can no longer set times for the battery to charge. The facility has disappeared from a main page and is not anywhere else. If any can help I would be grateful. I would suggest not updating the app,  it has things missing!

Hi,

If you refer to the fox article https://fox-ess.tech/setting-force-charge-schedules-fox-cloud-version-%e2%89%a5-2-2-0/ it explains how to set the charge times through the app and the desktop.

I have the same problem- so frustrating. I’ve looked at the instructions on the link but I don’t have the option to click mode scheduler. It says to upgrade inverter. How and why should I do this?

@agushberisha I phoned and after ringing for several minutes it went to answerphone. I sent in a report from the App days ago. I will try emailing too. But you have caused this so shouldn’t you just fix it?

Hi,

Currently this is how the app has been designed and updated to, I can provide the feedback to the app team, but for the time being if you require the upgrade, H1's are available to upgrade on the app, other inverter's you will need to get in touch.
