I'mtrying to update the quick settings via the app and webapp and getting a write failed message. On the web is give 44098 -Write failed. Any ideas?
Hi, It does depend on the setting you are trying to adjust, but if you have mode scheduler enabled, disable it first then you should be able to amend any settings without that write failure message popping up.
If you are still having issue's either send us a email on our service.uk@fox-ess.com or gives us a call we have a installer and a end-user line to offer help.
Thanks disabling the mode scheduler did the trick.
