Any ideas why the system should import rather than use battery power. Set to self use, force charge is off. Battery 99%.

Hi,
If you give us a call 020 7052 3472 or send us a email service.uk@fox-ess.com and provide the inverter serial number we can have a look at the system and determine why this maybe be happening. Maybe just need some settings adjusted or a firmware but we can confirm this.
