Hi we have a brand new install with a h3 inverter with one master cq6-m and 8 cq6-s batteries. However 2 of the cq6-s units have a slightly different part number and code to the other 6 . The model type is all cq6-s . We cannot find anything onlinethat suggests there are different cq6-s versions . Are all current cq6-s batteries compatible or is there a compatibility chart between slightly different part numbers?

Hello,

Would you be able to provide me with your best contact number or alternatively you can give us a call on: 020 7052 3472.

I need to get some additional information from yourself as the CQ6 batteries were never officially released.

hi can’t call international on this phone . The difference is the code , th master and 7 batteries are 1c2c and the odd batteries are 6c2c . Part numbers are also slightly different the 1c2c code units are all ending in 18-00 and th 6c2c ones end in 15-00 and 21-00 ( so for example full pn is 97-229-00015-00) . ChatGPT says the code means  are 1 stack and 6 stack 2 core but we can’t find any source for that so it could be making it up. Just need to verify we can use a 6c2c with the 1c2c master and slaves
