I am monitoring a system but find that settings keep changing randomly. For instance Battery Reserve Capacity changes to 100% meaning that the battery does not discharge at all! Mode scheduler, should be set to agile but disables itself, resulting in no charge ! how do others find Fox Cloud 2.0? H1-6.0-E-G2 inverter ECS4100 battery stack

If you contact our service email, service.uk@fox-ess.com, and provide the inverter or datalogger serial number we will be able to take a look into your system. We can then ensure that the firmware is all up to date, but check the settings and make any amendments to the inverter to resolve this issue for you.
